Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How fit do I need to be?
You’ll need to have some fitness level, otherwise you’ll get sore too quickly and struggle too much throughout the workshop. You can give yourself a head start by watching the online training videos that will be sent to you when you sign up, and begin training before the workshop. Even just learning the kettlebell swing will help you a lot.
Do I need to know kettlebell first? 
You’ll receive our videos as part of the free training to help you understand kettlebell. Go through our 9 workout videos beforehand to help set you on the right track.
How long do the workshops go for?  
Each workshop runs from 9.30am - 5.30pm on Saturday 10 March and Saturday 17 March.
Where are the workshops held? 
They are held at our Port Melbourne studio – Studio 3, 320 Bridge Street, Port Melbourne.
What happens after I sign up and pay for a workshop?
